flexible plastic recycled packaging for food contact. For this reason we propose circular BOPP and RPET.
Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) is a flexible film packaging that is commonly used for primary packaging. This is made from 30% pyrolysis oil, obtained through chemical recycling.
For transparent or metalized standard, high-barrier or voided BOPP, films in different thicknesses are available from Circular PP (recycled mixed plastic waste). The ISSC Plus certification guarantees feedstock traceability and sustainability.
We offer a consistent high-quality R-PET film by using R-PET films with 70% post-consumer recycling content (PCR). Many types of R-PET film types are available, like chemical treated, metallized or also hot sealable.
Through glycolysis chemical recycling, it is possible to recycle post consumer waste by depolymerizing the flakes back to their monomer basis and repolymerize high quality polymers. R-PET films can easily replace virgin PET film, due to the very similar properties, making them suitable for printing, processing, and packing.

Post-consumer recycled content, often referred to as PCR, is a material made from items that consumers recycle every day, such as aluminium, cardboard boxes, paper and plastic bottles.
Once the recycling process is complete, a new PCR plastic material is obtained that can be used for a variety of finished products, including packaging.
PCR packaging is produced from films made from recycled materials and cannot be recycled again because it is already made from recycled materials. This allows brands to achieve their sustainability goals without having to depend on the consumer to recycle or compost the packaging after use.
