Oikoflex® is a recyclable mono-material based on 90-95% PE or PP.
Easy recyclable packaging
Oikoflex® is fully recyclable because it is based on PP or PE, both part of the polyolefin family of plastics with an excellent recycling rate. You can replace complex (non-recyclable) multilayer materials with a unique solution.
Barrier properties
Oikoflex® enables down-gauged films while retaining the same oxygen and water barrier properties of thicker films.

Our Oikoflex® standard mono-material is available in PP or PE film and can be suitable for several packaging needs. Oikoflex® provides a wide sealing window for 100% product protection and it can customised with zipper and valve.
Replacing the previous multi-layer structure (not recyclable), Oikoflex® MB guarantees all its functions, like the shelf-life of the product, machinability and the shape of the final packaging. It is suggested for food packaging (stand up pouch with zipper and pillow bags).
Vailable in PE and PP, has been specially designed for all products that need a high-performance barrier against moisture and oxygen. We successfully introduced Oikoflex® High Barrier (based on PE) for coffee packaging and for several kinds of dry products.
